Returns and Exchanges

Our promise.

We at The Photo Booth Business (www.thephotoboothbusiness.com) work hard every day to enrich the lives of our customers through technology. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair.

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that you can return or exchange our product(s) within 14 days for a refund. Simply contact us and return all contents and packaging and your proof of purchase, and we will process your return or exchange. You can return any product(s) that is not customized within 14 days for a refund. 

Restocking fees.

Each unit needs to be programmed to customer’s account before it goes out to the customer. There is a 20% restocking fee for each product listed on the site. It applies to iPad Photo Booth A, iPad Photo Booth B, iPad Photo Booth C. 

Non-returnable items: final sale, and custom products.

All final sale product(s) cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include customized orders and personalized orders, this includes custom branded wrapping on the body of the booth.

How to return an item.

  1. Send an email to support@thephotoboothbusiness.com to see if you qualify for the return. Final sale and customized products are not returnable. 
  2. Once approved, you will get a RMA number for the return.
  3. Gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging.
  4. Send the goods to the following address with your RMA number:

  1. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via insured UPS or Fedex. Please send over tracking details to support@thephotoboothbusiness.com  

Refund method and timing.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. Refund will take about 10 business days. 

Special considerations.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items.

If you receive a product that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us and we'll arrange for a replacement. 

If the damage occurs during transit, please contact us and also file a claim against the carrier and we will replace the damaged goods free of charge, we can also assign an agent to file on your behalf if needed. 

Privacy protection.

Please remember to remove your personal data and other information from the products you are returning. 

Export regulations.

If you live outside the United States, please remember to comply with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations and control laws, and know that return shipments to Photo Booth Business need to occur within the U.S.
